With this statement, we undertake that in accordance with the regulations governing the area of personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on putting out pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, to protect the confidentiality of all personal data to which we have the right and authority to access, and which are located in the storage systems managed by Cantabile d.o.o., and that we will use the same personal data exclusively for a specific (prescribed) purpose.
We also undertake not to deliver/give personal data to which we have the right and authority to access or make them available to third (unauthorized) persons in any other way, and we undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the same personal data even after the termination of the authority to access personal data.
We are aware that any unauthorized disposal of personal data that we have the right to access in our work constitutes a violation of our work obligations.
