About the Project: The main issue addressed by this project is the insufficient competitiveness of Cantabile on local, regional, international, and global markets, stemming from inadequate business organization and processes required for the implementation and commercialization of an innovative product—frozen single-portion cheesecake in 10 different flavors. The target groups include the company Cantabile, with benefits extending to its 57 employees, who will gain improved knowledge, skills, expertise, and employability through the implementation of new organizational and technological process innovations. A particular benefit will be realized by the 10 members of the project team, with at least 4 new full-time positions created within the company.
Project Objectives and Expected Results: The long-term business goals of Cantabile Ltd. are to increase market share and revenue, as well as to open a new market niche as a result of launching a new activity by introducing an innovative product to local (Croatia), regional (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia), international (Germany), and global markets (Hong Kong, Texas-USA).

3. Internationalization of Cantabile's Business Operations
About the Project: The main issue addressed by this project is the insufficient competitiveness of Cantabile in the domestic and international confectionery markets, primarily reflected in its weak market position and the lack of brand recognition/presence in targeted markets for frozen single-portion desserts. The root cause of this is the lack of targeted marketing activities. The project’s target groups are: Cantabile, its employees, and all existing clients of Cantabile.
Project Objectives and Expected Results: Increased competitiveness of Cantabile in international markets through participation in international trade fairs.

4. Strengthening Cantabile's Competitiveness through Investments in Digital and Green Transition
About the Project: The main issue addressed by this project is Cantabile’s insufficient competitiveness in the domestic and global markets, caused by the inadequate use of green and digital technologies, along with the corresponding business models.
Project Objectives and Expected Results: The project aims to enhance competitiveness and resilience by introducing advanced green and digital technologies, as well as innovative business models in both the production process and the business organization of dessert manufacturing. The target groups for the project include 12 newly hired employees and Cantabile’s 52 existing employees.
